Working With You To

Deliver Outstanding Results

Sport produces exceptional people. Too often, there is no formal system to recognise what they know, what they have achieved, or what they are capable of. RWA builds that system — qualification frameworks, quality assurance infrastructure, and professional development pathways that carry genuine, internationally recognised credibility. Every RWA service is designed with one outcome in mind: formal accreditation that means something beyond the organisation that issued it.

01

Qualification Delivery

The Problem

Most sports organisations run training programmes with no formal qualification at the end. Participants learn, but nothing is recognised.

RWA Delivery

RWA designs and delivers accredited qualification programmes in partnership with recognised awarding bodies including EduQual, Pearson (BTEC), and others. Programmes are built for professional sports cohorts, government bodies, and employer settings — structured to meet regulatory standards and produce internationally recognised credentials.

Centre Approval Consultancy

The Problem

Awarding body approval is complex, slow, and easy to get wrong. Most organisations lack the internal expertise to navigate it without costly delays.

RWA Delivery

RWA manages the full approval process — gap analysis, documentation, direct liaison with the awarding body, and postapproval compliance. KHDA attestation management is included where required. Organisations emerge approved, compliant, and ready to deliver.

Clients Include

UAE Sport Science & Sports Medicine Center,
Sharjah Performing Arts Academy
03

Quality Assurance & Internal Verification

The Problem

Approved centres frequently fail external verification because internal QA is reactive rather than built into the programme from the start.

RWA Delivery

RWA provides proactive internal quality assurance management — portfolio audit, IQA documentation, sampling strategy, and External Verifier liaison. All QA work is structured to withstand scrutiny at the point of external review, not patched together afterwards.

Our Track Record

Policy audit delivery across the Middle East for Pearson Education, covering teaching, assessment, and quality assurance standards across international schools and vocational colleges.

04

RPL Programme Management

The Problem

Experienced professionals in sport carry years of high-level knowledge with no formal qualification to show for it. That knowledge has value — it needs a credible process to recognise it.

RWA Delivery

RWA designs and manages Recognition of Prior Learning programmes that are evidence-based, awarding body compliant, and built to produce qualifications that hold up externally. From initial learner mapping and evidence gathering through to portfolio submission and external verification, RWA manages the process end to end.

05

Curriculum Design

The Problem

Generic curricula produce generic outcomes. Most off-the-shelf programmes were not built for the operational realities of professional sport.

RWA Delivery

RWA designs bespoke curricula aligned to awarding body unit specifications, employer competency frameworks, and the environments in which learning takes place. Deliverables include full scheme of work, assessment strategy, and learnerfacing materials — built to produce measurable outcomes and withstand regulatory review

RWA Has Delivered for

Premier League, LaLiga, FC Barcelona (La Masia), Atlético de Madrid, Valencia CF, Bolton Wanderers FC, GEMS Education, Ministry of Sports UAE, Precision Football Club.
06

Athlete Education Frameworks

The Problem

elite academies invest everything in athletic development. Academic education is treated as secondary — disconnected from the performance environment and rarely leading to meaningful qualifications.

RWA Delivery

RWA's Athlete Education Framework embeds accredited education directly into the academy environment. Programmes are age-phased, qualification-led, and timetabled around performance schedules. Athletes gain internationally recognised qualifications without disrupting the training environment built around their development.

Framework: BTEC-based, four age-phased cohorts.

Proven at: GEMS Education (Dubai and Singapore), Bolton Wanderers FC, and FC Barcelona.
07

Sports Governance & Ethics

The Problem

International sports federations face increasing scrutiny from the IOC, national governments, and the public on ethics, safeguarding, and governance standards. Many lack the internal infrastructure to meet those standards.

RWA Delivery

RWA provides governance advisory services covering ethics policy development, safeguarding framework design, case management, and IOC submission preparation. Our team holds active governance roles at federation level — practitioners, not advisors parachuted in from outside sport.

Current mandates

Ethics Commission Chair and Federation Safeguarding Lead — International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA).
08

Workshop & CPD Delivery

The Problem

Most CPD in sport is delivered as standalone workshops — valuable in the room, forgotten in three months, and unrecognised anywhere outside the organisation that ran it.

RWA Delivery

RWA designs and delivers professional development that leads somewhere. Every workshop is built as a pathway into internationally accredited qualifications — so participants leave with CPD hours and a clear route to a credential recognised by awarding bodies, governments, and employers worldwide. Topics include sports media and communications, PR and crisis management, education leadership, sports governance, safeguarding, and executive talent development. Delivered in-country or remotely.

Delivered for

Government sport ministries, professional football leagues, international sports federations, and postgraduate university programmes across the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia.
